THE ARKADILLA PROJECT           64 min

The Arkadilla Project centers around three
women returning home to Arkansas from NYC to
attempt a life off the land. They would eat
anything they can find ,including an elusive
armadillo, a critter previously very popular as a
source of food before their link to leprosy was
exposed. The Arkadilla Project is a light-hearted
version of edu-tainment that exposes the
difficulty of the endeavor for a modern human.
The quirky documentary interviews an armadillo
expert, attends the 38th World Famous Armadillo
Festival, and traces the women's path throughout
their week of hilarious hardship.
